- Starting at $200 (see pricing breakdown below), refunded with material purchase

Our Design & Takeoff Service gives you everything you need to start your build with confidence:
- A complete Bill of Materials
- A MiTek Viewer CAD File for visualization and approvals
- Accurate material quantities based on your drawings
- Engineered planning for smoother workflows and fewer mistakes
Fee Structure:
- $200 minimum for projects up to 2,000 sq. ft.
- $0.10 per sq. ft. for anything larger
- Fully refundable when you purchase your materials through us
